All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. We are proud of our products and are sure you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if within 10 days of receiving your kit or parts you are not satisfied, you may ship your purchase in resalable condition to the address above with a note stating what you found unacceptable and we will happily refund the cost of your kit or part. Sorry, we cannot refund products that have been partially assembled or have been in your possession longer than 10 days. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
